It is good news for the government of Kenya, members of the public as the Hon Mutahi Kagwe led Ministry of Health now records a decrease in Corona virus disease positivity rate within the last twenty four hours.
The Ministry of Health has informed that today, a total of 488 new people have tested positive for the deadly viral disease in the last twenty four hours.
The Ministry of Health has reported that the Covid-19 positivity rate recorded in the country within the last twenty four hours is standing at 8.4 percent.
The Ministry of Health's Friday report on the spread of the viral infection has established that the above mentioned new cases are a result of testing from a sample size of 5,831 new tests in the last 24 hours.
The total number of confirmed positive cases in the country are now standing at 174,773. The Ministry of Health has reported that the cumulative number of tests so far conducted in Kenya are 1,858,443.
