 Our blood contains a compound called hemoglobin, which transports oxygen throughout our bodies.

Anemia is a condition in which the blood does not have enough of this compound.

Anemia is not a disease, and it can usually be treated with a change in diet.

It may also be caused by other medical conditions in the body.

This is why, if you have a chronic and persistent anemic state, you should see a doctor.

Anemia Home Remedies

1. Red Meat - Red meat is high in iron that is ready for absorption.

It is important to note that not all meats contain iron; only red meat has a high iron content.

However, red meat is high in cholesterol and fats and should not be consumed on a daily or in large quantities.

2. Beetroot - Wash and cut 6 medium beets, 4 carrots, and 2 lemons. Juice them in your juicer.

- After they've been juiced, add 1 tablespoon of brewer's yeast. Combine the ingredients and serve.

This should be consumed before breakfast.

3. Spinach & Celery In a large pot, bring 5 cups of water to a boil.

After it begins to boil, add 2 cups peeled and thinly sliced celery and cover the pan.

Continue to boil for 15 minutes on low heat. After 15 minutes, add 2 cups of fresh spinach and continue to boil for 5 minutes on low heat.

After all of this, allow the mixture to cool for a few minutes. Finally, strain the cure and store it in a bottle.

- A glass of this cure must be consumed on an empty stomach in the morning or one hour after breakfast, followed by another glass in the afternoon.
