Exercise 5

Lie face down on the mat and support your forearms and the balls of your feet. When you're ready, raise your body and hold for 20 seconds. Do 2 sets of 5 reps.


  1. It is very important that before doing the exercises you warm up between 5 and 10 minutes. You should also dedicate even 5 minutes to stretching at the end of the session.
