Furthermore, the high fiber content makes you feel satiated for longer periods of time, which helps to reduce unnecessary eating throughout the day.

Drinking this porridge mix for three meals a day and adding one-half cup of fruit or raw vegetables to each meal can be a good way to lose weight in a short period of time. You can change or mix more nutritious foods that help with weightloss to spice up the taste of your porridge and keep you motivated.

Additionally, include other weightloss activities like exercise, drinking enough water, reducing salt intake and reducing refined carbs for maximum results. If do not take a few healthy tips into consideration, even oatmeal and millet can lead to weight gain.
