Joyce Mensah is a Ghanaian lady who has attracted alot of friends in social media platforms for being a strong Activist and an ambassador of HIV and AIDS. She is also an actress who entertains her fans so much.
Joyce has penned an emotional post on Facebook. She spoke about the denial of her HIV status for many years as HIV being HIV positive caused alot of pain and rejection in her life. She was forced by situations to lie to almost everyone around her just to enjoy a bit of acceptance in the Society.Joyce added that she tore every document that showed her HIV status.
Joyce has also informed the public that they have to know the truth. She is ready to face rejection from the whole world and even if her soul wants to reject her, she will take all things and go out of her soul.

Friends have reached to Joyce's post advising her not to give up in life as being HIV positive is not a death sentence. They also speculated that what Joyce needs to stay positive, be strong, love herself and continue taking care of her family.
