You Can Prevent Tooth Decay by Developing a Good Dental Hygiene

Has your child experienced tooth decay? Tooth decay, also known as caries or cavities is caused by permanent damage to the outside of teeth in the form of tiny holes or openings and not having an oral hygiene routine. To prevent this from happening, develop healthy brushing.

It is important to maintain good oral hygiene to help fight Tooth Decay! Good oral hygiene includes brushing your teeth and tongue twice a day, flossing every day, not smoking or chewing tobacco, and visiting your dentist regularly.

Good oral hygiene, such as daily brushing and flossing, keep bacteria under control. However, without proper oral hygiene, bacteria can reach levels that lead to oral infections such as tooth decay.

For many people, it is never too late to reverse tooth decay. Studies conducted over the course of 50 years have found that it takes four to eight years for decay to move from the enamel to the dentine (inner layer). Improving oral hygiene practices can reverse it.

Brush your teeth twice daily, rinse your mouth with some good mouth wash, use dental floss daily. Take care of your gums n teeth. So many dentists I know have closed their respective clinics in fear of this virus as they all r prone to virus as they ve to use AIROTOR.
