Self Care for the Mind , Spirit and Body

Self care is the act one takes in order to promote their own physical ,mental and emotional health.

There are many forms of self-care may take,it could be ensuring you get enough sleep every night.

Many of multidimentional ,multifunctional process of purposeful engagement in strategies to promote our

health.

Self-care is vital for building resilience towards stressors in life that you can't eliminate.


unfortunately, many people view self-care as a luxury,rather than a priority consequently.

They are left feeling overwhelmed,tired and equipped to handle life,s inevitable challenges.

It's important to assess how you are caring for yourself in several different domains so you

can ensure you arecaring for your mind,body and spirit.

The diet also is an important and very essential factor in self care .When I always put everyone head of me ! 

I forgot about selfcare:

Going for a ride.

Taking long showers.

Skin care.

Mesication.

In steady of crying.
