The more time you spend on social media, the more likely you will develop depression.

10. Invest in Self Care.
Self Care is a terrible Twitter cliche but taking time off to unwind genuinely does wonders for your mood and self esteem.
Do one thing every day that makes you feel good. Listen to music, take a bath, eat nice food.
