Brilian wangui was diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis in March 2020. The little girl spends 2500 shillings daily to keep breathing amid high cost of oxygen demand. Wambui's condition has therefore not been just a buden to her family but also the community.

In a one -bedroom house in the sprawling kivumbi 2 slum. Wangui has been sitting on a couch with her face sunk between her knees as if in prayers. Her grandmother Wacheke says that is her sitting position after sitting upright all day and some hours of the night.

Since birth, Wangui led a normal life and had even moved out of her grandmother's house to begin her own life. On March 25, 2020, she gave birth to a babyboy. All went well after the delivery only for the little to develope some complications two weeks later. She started experiencing shortness of breath and some chest pains.

Wangui was therefore put on medication which was too strong and was advised to stop breastfeeding. After she was diagonised with lung fibrosis, her doctors become honest with her that treating her condition would be a very big task. She was therefore advised to either stick to the oxygen cylinder or to see a pulmonologist for possible respiratory treatment.

However, Wambui's family could not afford the cost of seeing a pulmonologist as she was advised by her doctors and she is now stuck to the oxygen cylinder through Support from well Wishers.
