Best Yoga Poses That Can Help You In Releasing Stomach Gas.

Having plenty of gas in your stomach can be pretty uncomfortable. Getting it out is always a priority but quite embarrassing if you are in a crowded environment.

There are plenty of ways of releasing stomach gas, especially when no one is around. You can simply lie flat and straight on your back on the floor. Slowly lift your legs and bend your knee bringing them towards your chest, hug them with both hands and bring your forehead towards your knees and press them together.(photo; only for the purpose of illustration).

Hugging your knees, helps in exerting pressure on your abdominals, which in turn helps in releasing of the gas.

You can also try standing with your feet a little bit wider than your hips, hold your stomach with both hands in opposite sides and slowly bend to your left hand side, forward, right and back, for a few rounds breathing in and out severally.
