Here are some of the diseases that can be caused by too much consumption of bananas.
1.Hyperkalemia.
This is a condition caused by too much potassium in the blood. Banana is a good source of potassium and too much consumption of it can cause hyperkalemia in adults. It is characterized by symptoms like nausea, pulse rate and irregular heartbeat which can lead to heart attack

2.Tooth decay.
Bananas are a good source of starch and too much consumption can cause tooth decay. Prepare for the worst if you don't brush your teeth very well but take a lot of bananas. The starch in the banana dissolves slowly which makes it to attract more bacteria thus causing more cavities.

3.Nerve damage.
Banana is a good source of vitamin B6 which can cause nerve damage if consumed in excess. Too much consumption of this type of vitamin causes nerve damage. This can be prevented by doing more exercises.
