Hon Mutahi Kagwe who is the Cabinet Secretary has sent a message to all citizens concerning Covid-19. The message was sent through Official Ministry Of Health Facebook page.
According to the Ministry Of Health, 32 people have tested positive in the last 24hours of the COVID-19 disease. A total is of 1,446 samples were tested in the last 24 hours. According to the report the rate is 2.2 which is a positive rate.
Ministry of Health stated that the county if Nairobi recorded the highest number of the cases. The cases in Nairobi county were 23 in number. Kisumu county followed with a total of 5 cases.
A total of 48 have recovered from the disease. They were in home based isolation and care program. The ministry stated that no Covid-19 death was recorded countrywide.
296 patients are in home based isolation and care program while 3 are in health care facilities.
