As we age, our metabolism slows down and we cant consume the calories we used to do earlier in our young days without any consequences.

Poor nutrition contribute to stress, tiredness and our capacity to work, and over time, it can lead to illnesses.

5. Toxic Environment

If a shark is kept in a controlled environment, the shark will only grow proportionate to that environment. The ecosystem around you drastically affects your thought process.

Toxic work environments breed unrest, competition, low morale and constant stress.

We human beings were made to move. We still have the same genetics, same DNA, as our hunter-gatherer ancestors. They did not sit down all day staring at a screen.

When your muscles, heart, and lungs aren’t used they get weak.
