Today a 30 year old Woman by the name Stella Njeri has been finally laid to rest. Stella allegedly got pregnant and refused to seek medical attention as required by doctors because her religion was against modern method of treatment for example going to hospital for checkups every now and then.
According to the news reports that Tuko media has shared on their social media platforms, the villagers forced the husband of Stella to take her to the hospital by threatening him to report that matter to the police station. On arrival at the hospital Stella didn't accept to be treated and ended up coming back home with her husband.
She argued with the doctors that their religion does not allow any kind of treatment except through prayers because there is power in the name of jesus christ.
Kenyans on social media have sparked reactions concerning that incident whereby some section of Kenyans have condemned Stella's husband for not having wisdom of thinking what's right and saving her wife's life.
