There have been argument between cold and warm shower which one is the best to take. But let come to this, both have there benefits and I'm not judging but there is power of cold water that warm water lack and below are the four powerful benefits of taking cold shower.

1. Improves Immune System

Taking a cold shower increases the amount of white blood cells in your body. These blood cells protect your body against diseases. Researchers believe that this process is related to an increased metabolic rate, which stimulates the immune response.

2. Improves Circulation of Blood Across the Blood vessels

As cold water hits the body and external limbs, it constricts circulation of blood on the surface of your body. This causes blood in your deeper tissues to circulate at faster rates to maintain the ideal body temperature

3. Help Recovery from injury in sports

Cold water constricts the surfaced blood vessels. By this there will be minimal flow of blood to the body surface, this automatically helps athletes who may have injured themselves since one won't feel much pain compared to when using warm water. By this swelling and inflammation too won't be that more.

4. Helps in Weight Loss.

Some fat cells, such as brown cells, can generate heat by burning fat. They do this when your body is exposed to cold conditions like in a shower. These cells are mostly situated around the neck and shoulder area.
