The Ministry of Health, headed by the Cabinet Secretary of Health Her Excellency Susan Nakhumicha, has this night sent the Covid 19 Update.
The Ministry of Health has informed Kenyans that 60 new cases have been recorded on 1st December 2022. The 60 new cases are from 823 samples that were tested. 17 of the new cases are from Nairobi, Kericho has recorded 10 cases, Kiambu and Kisumu 8 cases, Meru 5, Nakuru 4, Mombasa 3, Nyeri 2, Murang'a, Siaya and Uasin Gishu has reported 1 case each.
The good news concerning the virus is that a total of 13 people have recovered and no death was reported in the last 24 hours.
Total confirmed recoveries in the country now at 335, 359.
Total confirmed deaths in the country now at 5, 684.
Total cumulative tests done in the country now at 3, 942, 744.
