Keeping fit without exercising is very easy to you who is always having a busy schedule and can't find time to do some exercise. The picture below shows how to stay it without exercise.

The following are some of the things you can do to stay fit:

Have quality sleep

Getting enough hours of sleep like between 7 to 8 hours is very healthy because healthy sleep makes your brain to signal your body to release hormones and compounds that help reduce risk for health conditions, retain memory and mange hunger levels.

Stay hydrated

Drinking water is very healthy and you should do this daily by taking 8 glasses a day. Drinking water helps in flushing toxins and replenishing your skin complexion .The water also increases energy levels and keeps you fit always.

Eating balanced diet

For you to stay fit in your body , you need to set healthy goals , like aiming at having specific number of meals a day to stay fit. This is because, having just any food is not healthy , like the junk foods contain a lot saturated fats which may lead to obesity and heart diseases. Balanced diet helps you to stay fit. Manage your stress

Stress in life is inevitable, but you need cope up with it. Excessive stress may lead to health problems like heart disease, depression, diabetes and asthma.
