Happiness To Kenyans As Government Give This Directive Concerning Covid-19 Vaccination

Inline with the earlier rule by Joseph Kinyua, all civil servants were to be given the first jab of covid 19 by Monday, August 23, failure to which they would have their salaries and allowances stopped.

According to Kenyans.co.ke, President Kenyatta denied the directive while speaking to the media at state house, the head of state said that no Kenyan citizen should be forced to get vaccinated. He also added that teachers and civil servants be allowed to take the covid 19 vaccination at their own volition and not by force.

The president Uhuru Kenyatta state further that they will not force anybody to take the jab, but they will encourage Kenyans, especially those who are in the vulnerable bracket because it is advisable for them to be vaccinated

Earlier this week, vaccination centers and hospitals registered a large numbers as civil servants and teachers turned up to be vaccinated.
