Nowadays many people always have a busy schedule from morning until late in the evening this therefore many a times has affected them negatively, they always tend to forget to do many things such as brushing teeth because they are competing against time.

Time is a very important factor in our lives, it gives our lives directions and a purpose to achieve every set objective, many people always argue that when your busy, time runs faster than when you are idle,in this case therefore means that people are more busy in the morning more than any other time. When a person wakes up in the morning it has always been a tradition to start by brushing teeth.

Brushing teeth help in doing away with a bad breath , it is embarrassing when your breath smell badly and you are in a public place, so brushing your teeth daily not only helps you to remove bad breadth but it also make your teeth stronger and germs free.

When you wake up very late in the morning and you forget to brush your teeth or you don’t have that time, don’t worry about smelling, Just eat apple. This kind of fruit as been known to have many health benefits to the health system of a human being. When you eat apple before leaving your house, you are sure to get a pleasant smell because of the natural vitamins that are found in the fruit.

Apples are known to kill germs in the teeth besides removing bad breath, so even the doctors do recommend to eat at least an apple a day.
