According to the reports given by the officers who responded to the incident, they claimed that the prison junior officer was angered after an incident where the victim deployed him to an area which they claimed the suspect didn't want.
Due to this reason, an argument broke out and it was i' this moments that the officer pulled out his gun shooting his boss several times before being disarmed by his colleagues.
Luckily, the victim was immediately rushed to the nearest hospital where he is currently receiving medical treatment as investigations commenced in order to determine the actual cause of the incident.
The incident has since sparked alot of mixed reactions from Kenyans who seemed to have been confused on why there was an increasing number of rogue Police officers who were either shooting others or killing themselves.
With a section of Kenyans claiming that maybe the two were fighting for something else adding that they weren't telling the whole story, others went ahead and called upon the government to consider introducing monthly mental health sessions to educate Kenyans on how to handle certain issues.
This was a suggestion made by several Kenyans who seemed to have been convinced that this cases were only going to decrease after the government takes mental health as a priority.
