We often find ourselves worrying about so many things. This way of thinking may make some believe that it is better off not trying at all than trying and failing. That is a negative way of thinking. Here are some ways of developing a positive mindset:

Give yourself credit for the good things that you do for others everyday

Give yourself credit for the small things. You have done a lot of things in your life that you can be proud of.

Instead of dwelling on what happened in the past, you should learn from them.

Spend more time with friends and family who are happy and healthy

Negativity and positivity have been shown to be contagious. Being around positive people improves ones self esteem and increase ones chances of reaching their goals.

Think about your purpose in life

What do you want to achieve? What are your goals? Think about the principles that you live by.

Make healthy habits as easy as possible

You can do this by automating them. For example working out even if its 10 minutes per day. No matter how small, its the act of doing the habit itself that really counts.
