185 people tested positive to Covid-19 in the last 24 hours from a sample of 2,047 people tested in the last 24 hours, this is according to the report from Ministry of Health. 171 are Kenyans while 14 are foreigners.
Upto date, 186,053 people have tested positive to the disease from a cumulative sample of 1,983,998.
On a sad note, 15 patients are reported to have succumbed to the disease, all of them being late deaths reported after conducting facility record audits on diverse dates in the month of June 2021.
But on a positive note, 1,186 patients have reported to have recovered from the disease, 1,102 of them being the Home Based Care and isolation centres while eighty four are from various Health facilities.
