Exercise one: a light surprise
The aim of this exercise is to help you increase your foreheads muscle tone. Follow the following procedure; place your fingers as shown on your forehead, rise and lower your forehead as if you are surprised, make sure there are no creases or wrinkles as your stretch. Repeat the exercise ten times
Exercise 2: flirty eyes

After 10 seconds go back to your normal head position then repeat this 5 times in each direction
