Despite battling with the coronavirus pandemic effects which is ravaging our lives and economy, another strange disease is causing fear and havoic among residents of Kakamega county.
According to Citizen FM news at 4pm today, the residents Kakamega are living in fear as a strange is Killing people mysterious by causing body swelling leading to death. Report from the CEC of health of Kakamega county, so far 8 people have died.
Almost have been hospitalized and are in critical condition. Medical investigations have been commenced to identify the immediate cause of death the people. It is a strange disease and no much is known about it.
Let us for the immediate cause the disease will be identified and appropriate management will be done. It is now upto the county government to speed up surveillance and investigations to identify the exact cause and save the residents from the strange disease. We wish the residents well during this hard times.
