Seemingly concerned after the abrupt weight gain, the KTN news special features editor today flaunted on her insta stories that she did a 5.2 kilometer walk where she burned some 266 calories.
She also accompanied the post with a caption revealing that it's been 7.5 months since she birthed her son.
" 7.5 months postpartum...finally began my physical restoration journey...Wish me luck! Also, really enjoyed the walk 💪🏾" she said.
Sharon Momanyi first went public with her pregnancy on August 26, 2020 while live on air anchoring the Prime Time News.
Prior to that the sassy anchor had successfully kept her pregnancy under the wraps, not posting even a single picture of her baby bump on social media.
The beauty queen only posted it a day later on August 27, 2020.
The young one is the only son that she has birthed with her husband.
