It's also found in some parts of Kenya. Everyone should make an attempt of eating guava consistently since it has some medicinal benefits that will help you to live a healthy life. Some people even sell it in towns at a cheaper price. Today I'm going to talk about the reasons why you should start eating guava consistently.

Guava can be so helpful when you have stress. THIs is because it contains magnesium which helps in the regulation of stress hormone called cortisol. It in return helps in relaxing the muscles and nerves of the body.

This is another importance of eating guava that all people should know about. With a strong immunity your body will be able to fight some diseases. Guava is has antioxidants and vitamin C which protects the body from obvious infections and pathogens that might cause problems to your health. Guava leaves also contain tannins which helps in exerting antimicrobial actions against bacteria and fungi.
