Covid-19 pandemic has continued to wreck havoc in all sectors of economy. The virus has continued to devastate families and communities due to stringent measures taken to control the virus as well as financial constraints caused by the virus.
Development of Covid-19 Vaccines brought the ray of hope in the world Kenya included. This was only way to curb the spread of deadly virus. However, vaccine inequality between developed and third world countries made it difficult for collective fight against the virus. Many countries embarked on mass vaccination of their citizens in a view to fight deadly virus.
In Kenya government through the ministry of health also started vaccinating it's populations. So far the country has vaccinated at least 7 million Kenyans and is targeting to vaccinate ten million Kenyans by the end of the year.
It's is now good new to Kenyans as fight against Covid-19 has been boosted after ministry of health reported that it has received additional 1,462,400 doses of AstraZeneca Vaccine. This is a huge boost in the fight against Covid-19.
