The county government of Kiambu through the governor Hon.James Nyoro has acknowledged that there is scarcity of facilities in the sector of health which has led to the members of the public being offered low quality services in the health facilities.
Governor James Nyoro said that he together with the county government officials are going to make sure that the issue is handled early enough to enable the residents receive the best services in the health facilities.Yesterday, governor Nyoro met with the former prime minister Rails Odinga where they went to Commission the new state of the art X-ray machine at Kigumo level four hospital in Githunguri sub county.
This came as a relief for thousands of patients who had to visit far places for medical services.
The county governor also reiterated his commitment to ensuring that Kiambu is healthy by securing the deployment of additional medical staff and investing in more equipment.
