CS Mutahi Kagwe Vows On Eradicating Corruption At Kemsa

Mr Kagwe who was speaking when he opened a three day retreat. Between the Ministry of Health and the Kenya Editors Guild. At the Ocean Beach Resort in Malindi Town. He said the Government had set up a new management structure and an efficient board at Kemsa.

Mr Kagwe said it will be difficult for the government. To implement the Universal Health Coverage (UHC) without an efficient operating Kemsa.

He said the reforms will include bringing on board people from the ministry of health. Including the Kemsa Board chairperson Mary Mwandime.

Mr Otieno said Editors and Journalists cannot work effectively. Unless they get informed about what the government is doing to ensure the health sector delivers to Kenya.
