Allan Gicheru, who is the son of Slain lawyer Paul Gicheru is still at the hospital after he was found unconscious in his bed the same day his father passed away.
According to initial reports, Allan came to see his father on Sunday morning and decided to postpone his flight to Spain where he is studying. He was in the company of his grandfather when he came to see his dad. 
The Family shared a meal together before Gicheru went upstate to sleep only for him never to wake up again. A few minutes later, the young man was also found unconscious in bed.
He was rushed to the hospital where he is currently recuperating. According to the doctors taking care of him, Allan collapsed because of the shock of Seeing his dead father's body and not because of poisoning as earlier reported.
The medics have promised to give a full comprehensive report once he recovers fully.
