Avocado Is Nothing But Sweet To The Body

As much as avocados fall at number 21 in the most produced fruits, people in this century ingest huge amounts of the fruit. In 2018, it was estimated that over 231,000 hectares of land was cultivated for avocado production. A 6% increase of produce than the previous year.

Avocados are a good source of vitamin B6 which is vital when it comes to a woman’s satisfaction in bed. Studies show that when women ingest avocados, it decreases the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome such as fatigue and irritability. At least, women can get in the mood for a mind-blowing experience.


For men, it gets better because for one it helps with erectile disfunction. Even though intake of avocados increases men’s libido indirectly, it helps men build the stamina to last longer in bed. Also, avocados tend to increase the sperm count in men by a high percentage. When it comes to men, avocados are considered to be a super fruit.

Avocados have several benefits than most fruits combined. And highly nutritious too. They contain potassium greater than that in bananas or any other fruit. It contains other minerals like magnesium, zinc, phosphorous, etc. Also, vitamins like vitamin K, vitamin B6 and vitamin E. Not to forget but it is a good and excellent source of proteins.

Unlike Peanuts and other foods, avocados are loaded with heart healthy monounsaturated fatty acids. It has been clarified that 77% of the fruit is fat. Which makes an avocado to be one of the fattiest fruits over all plant foods.
