Drug rehab is not the only thing that can help you overcome an addiction, Lifestyle changes that you make will contribute greatly to your recovery from addiction and will keep you on the right path.

Staying active all the times during the rehab will contribute to your full recovery. It help in production of endorphins which is commonly known as feel good chemical, which will help reduce stress. You can stay active by joining clubs and societies and maybe involving yourself in more of jogging and walking.

Supportive friends an family members can also lead to your full recovery. Your rehab assistant will advice you to avoid friends who lead you into that addiction trap. Supportive friends won't stigmatize you or return back the old you but will contribute to a new you.

Healthy diet will be of great concern here. You have to avoid skipping your meals and this might help you to repair damaged tissues and will contribute to your full recovery.
