Benefits of Warm Water You Did Not Know

Water is a common liquid in every homestead all over the world. Many people have time to time not known the importance of taking at least eight glasses of water per day.

According to Doctor Mensah, warm water is capable of resolve some health problems in the human body. Dr Mensah urges people to spread this good news to everyone because warm water is so important to them. He said that a group of Japanese doctors confirmed that warm water is one hundred percent in resolving some health problems.

Dr Mensah mentions that the following conditions can be resolved by warm water : asthma, epilepsy, coughing, stomach problems,gout pain, bodily discomfort, increased levels of cholesterol, epilepsy , sudden increase and decrease of heart beat , pain of joints , low blood pressure, high blood pressure and migraine. Also all diseases related to ears, eyes and throat. Warm water can also counter the problems of poor appetite and headache.

How then are you going to use the warm water ? Dr Mensah urges us to wake up early in the morning and drink approximately two glasses of warm water when the stomach is empty. You may not be able to make two glasses at the beginning but slowly you will. The doctor advises us not to eat anything forty five minutes after taking the warm water.

The warm water therapy will resolve the health problems within a reasonable period of time. Diabetes in one month. Blood pressure in one month. Stomach problems in ten days and appetite too. Asthma in four months time. According to Doctor Mensah cold water is not of any benefit to the human body but of a lot of harm to us.
