1. Healthy Living Habits.

These are basically habits centered around your lifestyle and health. For instance, ones should often get good sleep every night, exercise daily, drink at least eight glasses of water per day, avoid unprocessed food, eat healthy such that your body gets all the vitamins needed.

These are habits centered around your spending and saving. Save few dollars as emergency fund on a daily basis, purchase anything based on value not price, read ten pages of a personal finance book every day, avoid frequent eating out.

These are habits centered only around how you work and manage your time. Make a to-do list every night for the next day, Schedule how you spend your time, Every time you sit down to work, leave your phone in another room and focus on most important tasks.
