The skin is the largest organ in the human body with several sweat glands. There are many things that makes a person sweat like summer temperatures, physical activity, emotional stress,fever and spicy foods can make you sweat. When you get a good sweat that is when your body benefits alot.

Sweating unclogs the pores and flushes toxins and impurities from the body system even faster. The more you sweat the more your body functions well and having less odour smell.

While sweating the temperature goes high and most bacterias and microbes cannot survive in a hot temperatures they only live in a very narrow temperatures.
