The first Lady Margaret Kenyatta spoke on Thursday during a beyond zero technical working group virtual meeting.
The meeting drew participants from the ministry of health, development and implementing partners as well as civil Society organisations.
The campaign was unveiled in 2013 on World AIDS Day and launched on 24 January 2014.The campaign's first action was to donation of fully equipped mobile clinics to several counties in Kenya starting with Taita Taveta county.
In her speech today,first Lady Margaret Kenyatta has applauded the role nurses play in promoting primary health care.The first Lady appreciated the sacrifices nurses play to deliver maternal and child health services during the covid-19 period.Below are reactions from Netizens after the first lady's speech;
