President Uhuru Kenyatta's late night directive on health sector has left people talking. The President has issued an order that will see a body by the name Kenya National Public Health Service formed. Those who will be Incharge of that body will be appointed by the president and Their work will be to deal with outbreaks and emergencies in the country.
The statement from the president has left many people will questions. Some argued that the head of state was out of order and his decision will be nullified by the courts just like those that he made few years and were rulled against by the courts.
