According to new reports from Mutahi Kagwe the minister of health, it has been reported that Corona has risen up to 22%. This is after 1130 COVID-19 new cases reported after 24 hours of testing from a sample of 5119 pushing the confirmed cases to 122,040. Nairobi county has accounted for 730 new cases of infections.
Kenyans have now been urged to make sure that they should still follow the rules that prevent high percentage of transmission. Washing hands, wearing masks in public and keeping distances should be followed in order to cease down the cases of transmission.
Some people, who were interviewed to give out their views in accordance with the regulations said that, the restrictions are above their lifestyle can comprehend and have claimed that, wearing masks in public, may choke a person or even make him or her suffocate. Some claimed that, wearing masks is tiresome too.
In order to regulate the cases of transmission of covid, Ministry of health has urged Kenyans to avoid travelling either to rural or urban areas during this easter holidays. Kenyans are urged to think twice before making any decision that will make them vulnerable to the disease.
Due to this pandemic, PSC has said that, few of its employees will work from home and others from work in order to curb the problem of covid 19.
It is high time for Kenyans to be keen in making their decisions since the third pandemic of covid, has highly claimed the lives of many people.
