Have you ever noticed eating too much red meat could be bad for your health. Research has shown that regularly eating red meat and processed meat can rise the risk of some of effects.
These are some of effects of eating red meat regularly;
Type 2 diabetes
Cholesterol intake from red meat may thus explain at least in part, the observed association between red meat intake and type 2 diabetes. Recently, body iron overload has been postulated to promote insulin resistance and increase type 2 diabetes risk.
Coronary heart disease

The people who consume the most red meat have a 47 percent higher risk of Ischemic stroke which is caused by blockages in blood vessels supplying the brain - those who typically ate the smallest amount of red meat.
Certain cancers(Colorectal cancer)
When read is cooked at high temperature, this results in the production of compounds(heterocyclic amines and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarborns) that can cause bowel cancer in people with genetic predisposition.
