Siaya Governor Colonel Rasanga Explained How He Managed To Shed 30kgs Of Weight

The Siaya boss has explained the long journey he had to go through which finally yielded good results. The governor who previously weighed 110 kilograms ended up shading 30 kilograms from the trekking and jogging which he has been doing along Akala hills Siaya.

"Trekking and jogging up Akara Hill helped me shed 30kgs. Siaya county boss, who used to weigh 110 kilogrammes at the start of 2020, said he intensified his exercise regimen when Covid hit the country." Siaya Governor Colonel Rasanga.

This issue of weight is in most cases controversial to many people who want to shed weight or avoiding to be heavy. People have been struggling with the issues of sheding weight across the country majority of which jog and trek along the less busy roads especially in towns.

It is an achievement for the governor to manage such a big task of sheding 30 kilograms. Other people especially those in the middle class manage to go to the gym at least twice a day and there are also those who have gyms in their homes. Exercise is a good thing for everyone since it assist the body to shed of some energy which may end up being stored as fat.
