This is another dangerous food you have to get rid of in your menu. Chips are prepared using fats and therefore, daily consumption of them can contribute to increase in the levels of cholesterol amount in the body. It is advisable that you reduce your appetite to chips for the sake of the body.

4. Processed cheese

It is made from filter ingredients just to give the necessary shape and texture. This is definitely harful to your health.

5. White bread

Daily consumption of white bread increases the blood sugar levels to considerably high degree.
