Making the matter worse, Covid patients are dying at home because the hospitals are fully occupied. Experts also fear that the reported deaths due to Covid 19 cases are low compared to the actual deaths. They also estimate that there could be more than 500 million cases of Corona Virus in India. They say that the underreporting is due to poor infrastructure, human error, low testing levels among other possible reasons. It is estimated that about 13,000 people are dying daily due to Covid 19.
