The living lives for today. Life is usually enjoyable when we are on good health . No one needs life full of troubles and diseases . The following should be done by individuals to improve on their health .
1. Eating balanced diet
Food we always eat may be sweet to our tongues or we are just eating for the case .we should always try to eat food reach in all nutrients; protein, carbohydrates vitamins , water and minerals. These nutrients play an important role when taken in the body. Protein for body building ,carbohydrates for energy and vitamins for protection. We should always take balance diet to maintain good health.
II) Enough sleep
We should always have enough sleep . People should sleep for eight hours . This goes for our mental and physical health. You should not spend most hours sleeping but always spend the recommended hours.
III) Exercise
Always spend 15-20 minutes exercising to burn cholesterol and mental release . This will help you to strengthen your muscles .
IV) Sunlight
Always spend your morning hours to be in sunlight as it help in synthesis of vitamin D by melanin. Always do this daily if you value your life .
