Omanyala Reveals The Foods That Keep Him Fit And Amount Of Food He Eats Per Day.

Africa's fastest man and the one hundred metres world champion Omurwa Ferdinand Omanyala has come out publicly to reveal his daily diet that keep him in good shape for the olympics.He also disclosed how many he eat per day to ensure that he has the required energy to work in the police service as well repressent Kenya in Olympic marathons.

Ferdinand Omanyala was ordained and registered as a police officer by the fifth president of the republic of Kenya Mr William Samoei Ruto after he successfully passed is training at Kiganjo Police station.Omurwa said that he majors on foods that have less fats and that energy giving than on snacks.The Olympic marathoner said that said that he eat five to six times a day to ensure that he has energy to multitask between working in the police department and running for Kenya.

He revealed that on several occasions he eats rice and beans or ugali and kales which he says are good providers of energy needed to supplement and give him the energy to run.He has also noted that eating too much can also slow someone down meaning that you have to balance it.
