MOH Delivers Good News to Kenyans, Distribution of Today's New Cases in Counties

It is good new for Kenyans as the Ministry of Health records a dramatic drop in cases of COVID-19 in the country. The positivity rate has also dropped upto less than 5 percent.

Today, 313 people have tested positive for the disease from a sample size of 7,034 tested in the last 24 hours. The positivity rate is now at 4.5%. Total confirmed positive cases are now 246,956 and cumulative tests so far conducted are 2,507,763.

Nairobi has 54 cases, Nakuru has 42 cases, Meru has 23, Kericho has 18, Kiambu has 18, Nyeri has 13, Murang’a has 12, Kakamega has 10,

Bomet county 8, Embu county 8, Kisii county 8, Narok county 8,

Mombasa county 6, Nyandarua county 6, Makueni county 6, Uasin Gishu county 6, Garissa county 6,

Kitui has 5, Mandera has 5, Kirinyaga has 4, Baringo has 4, Marsabit has 4, Samburu has 4, Bungoma has 4, Trans Nzoia has 4, Machakos has 3, Siaya has 3, Tharaka Nithi has 3, Kwale has 2, Laikipia has 2, Migori has 2, Lamu has 2, Isiolo has 2,
