Over 2000 People Die in India Prompting The US Government to Take Action

The United States will assist India in tackling the COVID-19 that has continued to claim untold numbers of lives at a time when cases in many countries are declining.

United States Embassy in India has said the two nations are in talks to reach an agreement on the help needed in the world's most populous nation.

India has already called on the United States to distribute the AstraZeneca vaccine in the country and which has not been used as it has not been approved to help the people of India.

Today, 3,600 people have been reported to be infected with the virus in India.

Many COVID-19 patients in India are dying due to the lack of oxygen, a situation that has forced the government to use military aircraft to search for this valuable commodity especially from foreign countries such as Singapore.

It should be noted that India has 16.6 million people infected with the COVID-19 so far and another 885,044 have died.
