Smoking slows down the flow of blood through the body and kidney which enhance damaging of blood vessels. Smoking also increase cancer risk to your kidney.its advisable that you stop smoking so as to keep your kidney healthy .
Regular intake of water is good for your kidney's health. it will always keep your body dehydrated. Water helps get rid of sodium and toxins from the kidney . It also helps lower the risk of kidney diseases. It's advisable to take atleast 1.5 to 2 litres of water a day.
Frequent kidney tests
Keep your kidney tested frequently to reduce the risk and early treatment for any signs and symptom of kidney disease.
