We all know people who look exactly the same as they did 5 years ago. While we all wish we could look great at any age, there are some bad habits that can make you age faster, and they can also be dangerous for your overall health.

1.You're driven by your sweet tooth

Whether you're always sipping a soda, you can't separate yourself from sugary cereals, or you constantly crave sugary "nutrition" bars, you're aging yourself in more ways than one. 

2.Sitting for too long

According to research, sitting for more than eight hours a day can increase the risk of early death in women by up to 60%. This is possible even with women who exercise regularly and eat healthy. Sedentary positions reduce blood circulation in the body and can cause health issues like heart disease and increased blood pressure.
