Covid-19 pandemic in the country is actually becoming more serious following the daily updates from the ministry of health. Things are are becoming worse since the pandemic is actually unpredictable and no one knows when and how the virus will evade our country.
The country has continued to record surge figures in terms of new cases and as per today the country has recorded a total of 847 new cases after a sample size of 6, 080 individuals were tested in the last twenty four hours.
The country's positivity rate is at 13.9 per cent which is actually very far from the expectations of the World Health Organisation which demands that every country should record a positivity rate of about five per cent or below.
According to the counties, Nairobi has continued to be the epicentre of the virus and as per today's Covid-19 updates, the county has recorded a total of 397 new cases. More details about other counties can be found in the screenshot below.
Actually if the government decide to employ tough measures in the counties that are more affected then, Nairobi county will be the first one on the list.
