Stop Throwing Away These Seeds, They Are The Real Deal

Many atimes we tend to throw away useful things in terms of waste. Many people are not aware of health benefits of avocado seeds. Avocado is one of the most common fruits across the world but sadly, we have been throwing away its seeds which is very nutritious and valuable to our health.

Avocado seeds are rich in nutrients such as magnesium, calcium, folate, fats, vitamin C and vitamin E. It is also an antioxidant and an antimicrobial thus boots body's immunity against micro organisms.

Scientists have proven that intake of the seeds can prevent heart diseases, digestive problems, cancer, replenishes skin, helps in weight loss, improves body's hemoglobin levels, strengthens hair and strengthens bones.

In order to achieve this, wash the seed with clean water and cut in into small cubes then bake to dry. Apart from cutting, one can also grate it into much smaller pieces. Put in water and bring to boil for 30 minutes, sieve and enjoy the drink.

For hair use, sieve the water and use it to wash your hair. You can add it into your shampoo too. Fats and vitamins in the product will leave your hair strong, shinny and healthy.
